**KYC Disclaimer**
**KYC**: Refers to the "Know Your Customer" process implemented by Aivora before establishing a business relationship or conducting transactions with its users. As part of this process, Aivora may take any actions it deems necessary to identify users, verify their identities, review and investigate their transactions, or comply with any applicable laws or regulations.
In accordance with Aivora’s (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") "User Agreement," each user shall acknowledge and accept that each set of user credentials is non-transferable and may only be used by the user to whom the credentials were issued. Without the Company’s written permission, these credentials may not be disclosed or transferred to any third party. Upon agreeing to the Company’s "User Agreement," users provide their personal information and identification documents to the Company to complete the KYC process for an account designated solely for their own use. Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for any losses or risks arising from dishonest or abusive actions that violate the Company’s relevant policies and procedures.

Aivora reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the identity and authority of the requesting party before responding to any inquiry or disclosing information. Responses will be provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Aivora’s internal compliance policies.
